Mitsui Bussan Kaisha, Mitsui Miming Company, and HCSC established a common sales organization named Sansha-Baitanbu in the 1910s.  This Sansha-Baitanbu broke up in the 1930s because of the growth of Mitsui Mining Company in Hokkaido.  Moreover, Mitsui Gomei Kaisha and Mitsui Mining Company decreased holding stocks in HCSC, and the executive board of HCSC was occupied by the staff of HCSC, thus giving Mitsui Zaibatsu weaker control over HCSC than before.
