The predominate cell type was the spindle cell which proliferated to confluence in primary culture. The initial behavior, proliferation characteristics, and media requirements for attachment and spreading of these cells are described. 内容記述 We report on the establishment of primary liver cell cultures from medaka, Oryzias latipes.
