内容記述 | This study examined the perception of student bullying as seen from the perspective of elementary school teachers. A PAC analysis was conducted on responses from five elementary school teachers regarding their image of "bullying by boys" and "bullying by girls". Teachers were asked to write down each individual image on separate cards, and these images were rated on seven-point scales for their similarity to each other. This rating was treated as the similarity distance for a cluster analysis, and dendrograms were produced. Teachers were given feedback on the dendrograms, and they were asked about their interpretation of these, as well as about the images of bullying. PAC analysis was subsequently conducted, and it was discovered that teachers feel that there are problematic behaviors behind bullying, and that teachers need to work together with the parents or guardians in order to minimize bullying. Furthermore, bullying by boys were characterized by violence and teasing, while with girls, bullying tended to be more subtle, alienating, and ignoring. | |||||
