In every skill learning, the length of training period, joy of learning and enthusiasm in practice as indexes of strength of motivation were determined by intrinsic factor like task involvement; 2. In the case of learning abucus calculation and calligraphy, not only intrinsic but also competitive factors were related to motivation because those who leaned such skills were graded often; 3.
