内容記述 | A linearized Boltzmann equation with BGK collision model is solved using half-range Hermite polynomials. The solution is applied to the study of half-space evaporation and condensation problem. The validity of the analysis is confirmed by the comparison with other existing results. From the present result, it is more convincing to interpret that the mass flux rate is caused by the microscosic pressure jump at the interphase surface rather than the macroscopic one maintained between the saturated vapor and the vapor gas outside of the knudsen layer. | |||||
