内容記述 This paper analyzes how power electric companies in Japan should select their strategy in the communication business in order to gain and sustain a competitive advantage in the age of deregulation which is advancing rapidly in the industry. In business strategy perspective, Companies need to select a strategy which merge with the communication companies have to utilize the economies of scale, which differentiate their service, which accumulate know-how on communication technology.
