内容記述 本稿では,呼吸動に対応した気管支鏡ナビゲーションシステムの開発のため,複数の磁気式位置センサを用いて気管支鏡先端位置を推定する手法を提案する.センサ出力情報から推定した気管支鏡形状とCT像から得た気管支芯線の形状を比較し,両者が類似する経路を選択することで,気管支鏡先端位置と対応する枝を出力する.呼吸動の振幅30mmのとき「枝正解率」と「位置正解率」は従来手法と同程度であったが,正解枝またはその親子枝への対応付けも許容した場合の「準正解率」は89.82%から98.38%に改善し,複数センサを利用することで気管支鏡追跡の安定性が向上することが示唆された.
